For Non-Remote Canadian Provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Quebec & Saskatchewan)   

- Orders under $99.99 (before tax) will be subject to a shipping charge of $15. 

Remote Canada (Newfoundland and Labrador, P.E.I, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Yukon)

- Orders under $99.99 (before tax) will be subject to a shipping charge of $20. 

Orders $99.99 and up are entitled to FREE SHIPPING.

To comply with Canadian laws we will utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age(18+, 19+) option on first time shipments. You will be required to sign and show proof of age upon delivery. If Proof of Age cannot be provided, you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to us. If you are underage, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. You will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

CARRIER RESTRICTIONS

Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or on major Canadian holidays.
We only ship using Canada Post. 

 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our product (consumables), all sales are FINAL. We can not accept any returns or exchanges once it has left our facility. 

Ejuice Blowout DOES NOT offer refunds, exchanges or otherwise on liquid for any reason whatsoever including:

-past expiry dates
-broken seals
-faulty caps or any other discrepancy buyer may experience

If you have received a wrong item (nicotine strength or flavor) please contact us right away at ejuiceblowout@gmail.com or throughout contact form in the Contact Us section. We will work as efficiently as possible to rectify the error. 

Orders cannot be changed once submitted and payment has been accepted. Once your order has been processed there is no way we can refund or cancel your order. We ship the same or next business day, so please be sure of your order when you place it. We can process last-minute orders before the same day shipping cut off very quickly and canceling an order may not be possible as the order has already been processed. Once an order has been submitted there is no guarantee we can cancel and refund your order due to processing speed. We try to be as efficient as possible.  

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we do so you will receive a full refund, unless you are deemed underage. If you are underage, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. You will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. 

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

In most cases, orders will be processed and shipped from our facility within 1 business day of placing your order. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option selection at checkout.

We do our very best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.

Typically, orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM CST will ship same business day.

International Orders:

Unfortunately, due to different laws in each country, we do not currently offer shipping to any destination outside of Canada.
